Delivery charges are per order and orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days in the UK. Please allow up to 28 days for items that are out of stock or are to be made to order. A single order can only be delivered to one address. If you require us to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

1. Delivery options

• Craft Fair Pickup
We sell our jewellery at a number of craft fairs in the south-east of England. If you are local or visiting the area you can collect your order at a one of them and save p&p costs. Click here for a list of upcoming craft fairs or select the Craft Fairs option in the Information Box on the lower left-hand side of the screen.

• Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
A signature will be required for recorded delivery. Your dispatch confirmation e-mail will include an order tracking number, which will enable you to track your order on the Royal Mail website. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

• Royal Mail First or Second Class Post.
If you choose to have your order dispatched by Royal Mail first or second class you accept entire responsibility for damage or non-delivery of the order. We advise against using Royal Mail first or second class but recognise that some customers may wish to use this option for Low Value orders and therefore offer this service. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout. A proof of posting will be obtained.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery
A signature will be required for special delivery. Your dispatch confirmation e-mail will include an order tracking number, which will enable you to track your order on the Royal Mail website. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

• International Signed For.
A signature will be required for international signed for. Your dispatch confirmation e-mail will include an order tracking number, which will enable you to track your order within the UK on the Royal Mail website. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

2. Dispatch
All orders received for in stock items by 6pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.

3. Delay
Orders will be delivered to the address entered and confirmed by you in the checkout process. Your order confirmation e-mail will contain these details.

If we fail to dispatch any ordered in stock goods within 14 days of accepting your order we will notify you. You will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid in respect of such goods if you require.

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery as this is a service provided by Royal Mail.

4. Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds are only available for faulty items. You may return the item within 7 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 2 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item for:

• a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.

• a product exchange

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

In the interest of hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately.

5. The Returns Process

STEP 1. – Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Your Order.
Notification of your intention to return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by emailing us or using the Contact Us section of the Site with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2. – Returning The Product(s).
Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included the original dispatch note. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

STEP 3. – Processing The Refund.
We will process the refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original unused condition within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund.
